What we can take on, and what we cannot
Everything on this page is written so you can decide before you write to us. If a job is outside what we do well, we would rather say so now.

Order sizes
Belleza accepts a minimum order quantity of 50 pieces per style, per colour.
The minimum applies per style and colourway; the size breakdown inside it is yours to choose. A typical first order with us is 50 pieces of one style in one colour, split across four or five sizes.
Some specialty fabrics and custom-dyed yarns carry their own mill minimums above 50 pieces. We tell you before you commit, not after.
Sampling is quoted separately from production. We would rather make you one correct sample than three approximate ones.
Production stages
01
CAD pattern making
Your sketch, tech pack or a garment you already own becomes a graded pattern on our in-house CAD system. Every size is drafted, not scaled by eye.
02
Cutting
Fabric is relaxed, laid and cut on our own cutting bed. Small runs are cut in one lay, so the whole order shares a single roll and a single shade.
03
Sewing
8–10 machinists on a full range of machines — flat, twin-needle, flat-lock, overlock, elastic, eyelet buttonhole. The same people sew your sample and your production.
04
Inspection & packing
Measurements checked against the approved spec, garment by garment. Pressed, labelled, polybagged and boxed to your packing list before shipment.
Machinery
A full range on the floor, so construction choices are not limited by what we happen to own.

Lead times
- Sampling
- 7–15 days
- Production
- 25–40 days after sample approval
Fabric availability moves these dates more than sewing does. If a quality has to be knitted or dyed to order, we tell you that when we quote, not when the date slips.
We confirm a completion date in writing before taking a deposit, and we would rather quote a longer date we can hold than a short one we cannot.
Questions buyers ask us
- What is your minimum order quantity?
- Belleza accepts a minimum order quantity of 50 pieces per style, per colour. That is low enough for a capsule collection, a market test or a first production run. Some specialty fabrics and custom-dyed yarns carry their own mill minimums above 50 pieces — we tell you before you commit, not after.
- Can I mix sizes and colours within one style?
- Yes. The 50-piece minimum applies per style and colourway, and you choose the size breakdown inside it. A typical first order is 50 pieces of one style in one colour, split across four or five sizes.
- Do you help with design and pattern development?
- Yes. You can send a finished tech pack, a sketch, a mood board, or a garment you already own. We draft the CAD pattern, advise on fabric and construction, and send photographs at each stage before anything is cut.
- Can you source the fabric, or do I have to supply it?
- We source fabric for most orders. Belleza is in Hangzhou, next to China's largest textile markets, and we regularly work with knits, wovens, jersey, prints, jacquards, lace and satin. You are also welcome to nominate a mill or ship your own fabric to us.
- What garment types do you manufacture?
- Womenswear in three groups: knitwear (sweaters, cardigans, knit dresses, from 5GG to 14GG), woven garments (dresses, blouses, shirts, skirts, trousers, jackets) and jersey (t-shirts, sweatshirts, tops).
- Are you a factory or a trading company?
- Belleza is a manufacturer. Our own workshop in Hangzhou runs 8–10 skilled machinists with a full range of sewing machines, an in-house CAD pattern system and our own cutting bed. You deal with the people who make the garment.
- Will my designs stay confidential?
- Yes. We do not publish client names, and we do not show one client's styles to another — which is why there are no brand logos anywhere on this site. We sign NDAs on request.
- Which markets do you already ship to?
- We produce for independent brands and labels in the United States and Europe, including long-running clients in the USA and Spain. We ship worldwide by air and sea and work with DHL, FedEx and forwarders of your choice.
