What we make
Womenswear, in three groups
Woven is the bulk of what we make — shirting, dresses, skirts and light tailoring. What follows is a cross-section of the types and qualities we produce; live client work is never published.
Woven
The bulk of our production. Dresses, blouses, shirts, skirts, trousers, light jackets and tailoring in satin, crepe, chiffon, linen, cotton, viscose and blended wovens — pleated, lined, laced, sequinned or embroidered where the design calls for it.

T-shirts, sweatshirts and jersey tops — printed, embossed or plain, in cotton and cotton blends.

Knitwear
Where we started, and still a real part of the workshop. Sweaters, cardigans, knit dresses, tops and tailored knit jackets from 5GG–14GG in cotton, cotton-cashmere, merino, wool, cashmere blends, mohair, silk blends, viscose, Lurex, acrylic, nylon and novelty yarns — cable knits, textured knits and jacquard knits included.

How we work with you
Full package, CMT or private label
Hand us a finished tech pack or a phone photo of a garment. Either way, the garments arrive labelled and packed under your brand.
- Full package
- We source the fabric, trims and labels, draft the pattern, make the samples and deliver finished garments, labelled and packed.
- CMT (cut, make, trim)
- You supply the fabric, and trims if you prefer. We draft the pattern, cut, sew, finish and pack.
- Private label
- Woven main labels, size and care labels, hang tags, stickers, polybags and tissue, sourced and applied to your spec, so garments arrive ready to sell under your brand.
- Sampling and pattern making
- From a sketch, a tech pack or a garment you already own: CAD pattern, first sample, fit and pre-production samples, photographed at every stage.

Four stages, one workshop
Nothing is subcontracted out and back. The people who sew your sample sew your production.

CAD pattern making
Your sketch, tech pack or a garment you already own becomes a graded pattern on our in-house CAD system. Every size is drafted, not scaled by eye.

Cutting
Fabric is relaxed, laid and cut on our own cutting bed. Small runs are cut in one lay, so the whole order shares a single roll and a single shade.
03
Sewing
8–10 machinists on a full range of machines — flat, twin-needle, flat-lock, overlock, elastic, eyelet buttonhole. The same people sew your sample and your production.

Inspection & packing
Measurements checked against the approved spec, garment by garment. Pressed, labelled, polybagged and boxed to your packing list before shipment.

- Belleza accepts a minimum order quantity of 50 pieces per style, per colour. We are a workshop of 8–10 skilled machinists, not a floor of hundreds — a 50-piece run is normal work here, not a favour. Some specialty fabrics and custom-dyed yarns carry their own mill minimums above 50 pieces. We tell you before you commit, not after.
- “How do I know the quality holds?”
- Measurements are checked garment by garment against the approved spec before packing. Photographs go out at every stage — pattern, cut fabric, first sewn piece — so nothing is a surprise when the box lands.
- “Will my design stay mine?”
- We develop 100+ new styles a year across 5 seasons, and not one of them appears on this website. No client names, no client styles, no brand logos — which is exactly the reason to send us yours. NDAs signed on request.

Questions buyers ask us
- What is your minimum order quantity?
- Belleza accepts a minimum order quantity of 50 pieces per style, per colour. That is low enough for a capsule collection, a market test or a first production run. Some specialty fabrics and custom-dyed yarns carry their own mill minimums above 50 pieces. We tell you before you commit, not after.
- Do you offer full package production or CMT (cut, make, trim)?
- Belleza offers both full package production and CMT (cut, make, trim). On a full package order we source the fabric, trims and labels, draft the pattern and deliver finished, packed garments. On a CMT order you supply the fabric, and we cut, sew, finish and pack. Pattern making is part of either, and many clients mix the two — their own fabric, our trims and labels.
- Can you make private label clothing with our own labels and packaging?
- Belleza makes private label clothing with your own labels, tags and packaging. We source and attach woven main labels, size labels, care labels, hang tags and stickers, and pack in polybags or tissue to your specification, so garments arrive ready to sell. Label makers set their own minimums; we tell you what they are when we quote.
- How much does a sample cost, and what does it include?
- Samples are quoted per style, and the quote includes the fabric and trims. If a sample misses the agreed spec because of us, we remake it at no charge; a further sample for changes to the design is charged. When the style goes into production, part of the sampling cost is credited against the order.
- What garment types do you manufacture?
- Belleza manufactures womenswear in three groups: woven, jersey and knitwear. Woven is the bulk of what we do — dresses, blouses, shirts, skirts, trousers, light jackets and tailoring. Jersey covers t-shirts, sweatshirts and tops; knitwear covers sweaters, cardigans, knit dresses and knit jackets, 5GG–14GG.
- What are your payment terms?
- Payment terms depend on the order — its size, its value and how long we have worked together. The usual structure is a deposit before production starts and the balance before shipment, by bank transfer, and the exact terms are set out in writing with your quote.
- How do you ship to the US, Europe and the UK? Who pays the duties?
- Belleza ships worldwide: samples and small orders by express courier, larger orders by air or sea freight. Couriers are DHL, FedEx or UPS, on our account or yours, and freight goes through our forwarder or one you nominate. Duties-paid delivery to your door can be arranged, so the landed cost is known before you order.
- Are you a factory or a trading company?
- Belleza is a manufacturer. Our own workshop in Hangzhou runs 8–10 skilled machinists with a full range of sewing machines, an in-house CAD pattern system and our own cutting bed. You deal with the people who make the garment.
